Built by tradespeople, not brokers.
Lux Tiny Homes is a Braeside-based builder with more than 40 years of combined building and plumbing experience. Every home is designed, built and finished by people who know the trade.
Our story
Lux Tiny Homes was founded in Braeside, Victoria, by Paul and Andrew, two tradespeople who saw a growing need for tiny homes built to last, not just designed to look good in a brochure.
We started Lux because we wanted tiny homes built to a standard instead of a price point. That shows in the details: the frame, the way the plumbing is run and the finish on every join. For a lot of our clients this is their home, so we build it the way we’d build our own.
