The Spacewise Loft takes the 7 m × 3.5 m Spacewise footprint and adds a sleeping loft. Walls rise to 3.6 m under a 5° gable, which leaves room for a queen bed in the loft above the bathroom and laundry.
The loft is reached by a full staircase with a handrail rather than a ladder. That keeps the whole ground floor free for an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area, lit by high windows along both sides and a glass sliding door.
The loft is a sleeping loft with sitting headroom.
